Our Story
Founded in Midrand in 2023
SBM's approach begins with the entrepreneur.
Every engagement starts with the Scale Readiness Assessment, which scores the business across the five pillars and places it in a readiness band.
The work then follows two paths. Path A develops the entrepreneur as a leader. Path B builds the business: the processes and systems the business needs to operate without the entrepreneur.
Both paths follow the 3D-S Growth Roadmap, which has four phases: Diagnose, Design, Deliver and Scale.

We work alongside you for the length of the engagement. The Deliver phase of the roadmap runs 8 to 16 weeks.

The Founder
Meet Bongani
I co-founded Soweto's first internationally accredited beauty institute, and I founded SBM in 2023. I also mentor and facilitate on enterprise development programmes with Fetola, NYDA and Allan Gray.
